The extension maintenance is quite simple ... just copy over all
modified files to the extension dir and add overrides for those to
chrome.manifest ... then everything should work.

If you provide diffs, I can update the extension and help to integrate
it in sourcetree as soon as I have finished my current tasks ... hope
before christmas :).
