2.0.0.11-g1-i386 other miscellaneous

minor observations:

1. The build identifier on the downloaded 2.0.0.11-g1-i386 shows BonEcho
instead of IceCat. See "about:" output.

The 2.0.0.10-g1-1386 version shows
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.10)
Gecko/0000000000 IceCat/2.0.0.10-g1

but the 2.0.0.11-g1-i386 version shows
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11)
Gecko/0000000000 BonEcho/2.0.0.11-g1

2.  The icecat script in the unpacked downloaded 2.0.0.11-g1-i386 tarball has
700 permissions rather than 755. (addressed with the mozilla.in file
change mentioned in previous post)

3.  Is there a way to pack the tarball so that when extracted, it has root
ownership or is this considered standard?   Currently the unpacked
tarball defaults to my user.group ownership even though unpacking with
su permissions.  This is also the case for the earlier
iceweasel-g2-i386 & icecat-2.0.0.10-g1-i386 tarballs.
