IceCat in French

Hello,

I've read this in another e-mail about locales :

"You can use the Firefox locales in IceCat without any problem, you have only 
to install the locale .xpi file, using Firefox locales will not work for the 
IceCat privacy features messages but everything else will work correctly."

I installed the package mozilla-firefox-locale-fr-fr, but IceCat is still in 
English. Is it the good package ?

Another question : I installed the flash reader swfdec. It worked in Epiphany, 
but not in IceCat. The package swfdec-mozilla is installed. What should I do ?
