The reason is that some of them probably don't exist upstream anymore and the
IceCat file wasn't updated.

I think these ones are enough:

ac_add_options --with-distribution-id=org.gnu.gnuzilla
ac_add_options --with-branding=browser/branding/unofficial
ac_add_options --disable-official-branding
