IceCat bugs

Hello, I'm having some strange problems with IceCat. My toolbar items won't 
stay on the toolbars, and with Torbutton enabled, IceCat crashes on restart. 
The toolbar items that won't stay in place are New Tab, Bookmarks Toolbar and 
Web Developer Toolbar which has disappeared completely, but I can put the first 
two back in their places. Actually, the Bookmarks Toolbar will stay in place 
if I leave it in its default place, but I like it beside the menus where I've 
had it all fall and some of the summer. I read a trick about restoring the 
defrault toolbar set to make the Web Dev Toolbar reappear after a Mozilla 
update, but that doesn't work for me.

When I try to restart with torbutton enabled, IceCat will restart but then 
crash before loading the page.
