.mozconfig: two occurences of --disable-debug

Dear developers,

Today I read the file .mozconfig revision 139 on
http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/*checkout*/trunk/icecat/.mozconfig?revision=139&root=gnuzilla.
I found --disable-debug was present twice. Moreover, I think it would be easier
to tweak this file if options were sorted alphabetically.

So I attach the file resulting from the following command:

    cat mozconfig.rev139 | sort | uniq >mozconfig.rev140

mozconfig.rev139 being the file at
http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/*checkout*/trunk/icecat/.mozconfig?revision=139&root=gnuzilla,
and with export and mk_add_options moved to the top of the file (as in revision
139).
