[Bug-gnuzilla] Icecat doesnt close completely.

Hi,

Found a bug on Icecat 10.0.
Please do read the steps to reproduce below.

Steps to reproduce

1.open icecat from the shell/command line

2.Edit > 3.Preferences > 4.Privacy
                        
5.Use custom settings for history

6.Enable Clear History when GNU Icecat closes

7.Close the icecat browser (icecat closes sucessfully)

8. open the icecat browser from the shell/command line (icecat opens
sucessfully)

9.close the icecat browser,the icecat browser closes but at this
point,the warning thrown
  on the console as follows

        ** (icecat:6182): WARNING **: Serious fd usage error 16

        ** (icecat:6182): WARNING **: Serious fd usage error 12

So when this occurs,you cannot open a new instance of the icecat browser
"Icecat is already running but not responding,To open a new window you
must close the existing icecat process,or restart your system"

OS : GNU/Linux Trisquel 5.0
browser : GNUzilla IceCat 10.0
build tools : gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.5.2-8ubuntu4) 4.5.2
GNU Make 3.81
