Andrew,

Go to the configuration settings (about:config in the URL bar), and find 'dom.ipc.plugins.enabled' and set it to 'false'.  That should fix the problem.

Hope that helps,
Ian D.

Hello,  I'm not sure if this is a common problem but I'd like to report a serious issue with the gnash plugin that comes with icecat. Whenever I attempt to access a web page that utilizes flash, like youtube, the window will lock up for an extended period of time and will either crash or load the page at a snails pace. Even if the page does load, the flash video is not loaded correctly and will not play or display anything at all. Over all, however, I am a big fan of the added privacy features in icecat, it seems to be the best free as in freedom web browser around.

Keep up the good work,

Andrew.
