As someone who likes seeing a robust community around free software
projects, I think it would be a good idea to have these tasks in a
public bug tracker. It makes them more visible and accessible to
potential new contributors.

Does GNUzilla (or LibreJS) have a development list? Public developer
talk shows the project's activity and might attract more contributors
(and users).
