The main trisquel repo is archive.trisquel.info, which contains
38.5.2-gnu1 replacing 38.5.0.
mirror.fsf.org takes some extra time to get in sync with the main repo,
at the time of this reply the deb you linked is already not present in
mirror.fsf.org anymore.
