Steps to reproduce:
* Start a fresh profile -- [Shut down and start it again to
circumvent this bug: First session for new profile doesn't work
* Visit: SpyBlock -> Filter Preferences... -> Filter
subscriptions -> [Any filter] -> Homepage
The Homepage links for both of the filters goes to http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/
will display the same thing) and that page says

* Visit https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/
(note the https) in a new tab. It this unexpected content:

Free GNU/Linux distributions
dragora/ ISO images
This is a mirror of some of the free distributions we list on
gnu.org/distros and a few other large data sets (e.g., the FSF
membership card, Ryzom artwork). Feel free to download or mirror
the distros from there, preferably using rsync. While we provide
copies of these distros for you for convenience, they are put
together and maintained by others and are outside our control.
If you are maintaining a free distro, please contact FSF
sysadmin to have your distro mirrored here.
* Refresh the first tab with http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/
it will now read:
The requested URL /filters/ was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.18 (Trisquel_GNU/Linux) Server at
gnuzilla.gnu.org Port 443
It didn't help to remove cookies so I assume this is a cache
After this issue has been solved:
should redirect to https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/
should be changed to https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/
for Hompage locacted in: SpyBlock -> Filter Preferences...
-> Filter subscriptions -> [Any filter] -> Homepage
