Steps to reproduce:

* Visit: SpyBlock -> Filter Preferences... -> Filter subscriptions -> [Any filter] -> Homepage
    The Homepage links for both of the filters goes to http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/ (http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/ will display the same thing)  and that page says

* Visit https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/ (note the https) in a new tab. It this unexpected content:

This is a mirror of some of the free distributions we list on gnu.org/distros and a few other large data sets (e.g., the FSF membership card, Ryzom artwork). Feel free to download or mirror the distros from there, preferably using rsync. While we provide copies of these distros for you for convenience, they are put together and maintained by others and are outside our control.

If you are maintaining a free distro, please contact FSF sysadmin to have your distro mirrored here.

* Refresh the first tab with http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/ it will now read:

It didn't help to remove cookies so I assume this is a cache issue.

After this issue has been solved:

* http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/ should redirect to https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/

* http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/ should be changed to https://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/ for Hompage locacted in: SpyBlock -> Filter Preferences... -> Filter subscriptions -> [Any filter] -> Homepage
