[Bug-gnuzilla] Multi-Account Containers with IceCat 60

Hi,

I've just started trying to use IceCat again since the first
Quantum-based release just came out, and it's working well for me so
far, but the Multi-Account Containers add-on
<https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/>
will not let me set a site to always open in a particular container.
The tick box for doing this is always disabled (see screenshot).

Is it likely that any of the changes between IceCat and the upstream
Firefox ESR could have broken this?  And is there a FSF-approved
alternative to this add-on?
