OK, I followed this advice. (In fact, it was [Administration],
[Bugs], [Set Permissions], etc.)
The ability to post new bugs is "Group Type default"; do you know what
that means?
For "Support requests" and "Patches", there is also that
"Group Type default" for new items. And for additional comments it is
the "same as for new items".
Again, I'm not sure what that means...
