grep-2.5.3 was released without a POT file

Hi,

The grep-2.5.3 that was released yesterday does not contain a POT 
file.  Any release tarball should really contain a grep.pot file in 
the po/ subdirectory.  For now I've run 'make' in po/ myself and 
will announce this new POT file to the TP translarors.

Please consider releasing a grep-2.5.4 in something like two weeks 
time, shortly before the release fetching the contents of
http://translationproject.org/latest/grep/ .
