Grep has a Bug with recursive-option and file-pattern

Good day!

The following example should explain it:

# First grep returns no result.
: grep -lr  "oligarchy" *.txt
# Second one ignoring the txt-file-pattern, does!: ~/Documents$ grep -lr  
"oligarchy" *tmp/test.txt
