Hi Jim et al.

If you want to reformat dfa.c I expect I can live with it. Please just
(a) give me some notice and (b) send me the indent.pro you actually
end up using. 

I will reformat gawk's dfa.c and compare/merge in my changes. I am still
carrying a few.  What's extremely nice is that the quantity has been
decreasing over time.

Once I get back to RRI for grep, the amount will go down even more. :-)
