DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR OR DEFECTS IN SOURCE:

  Changes:

  - as minus changed to \-

  Space at the end of lines removed

  - as a range dash changed to \(en

  Extra space ('\,' or '\/') added between roman and italic characters

  No right margin adjustment for lines with long words.

  Man pages (manuals) should usually be without right margin
adjustment.  Use '.ad l' at the beginning.
