INPUT FILES: none
COMMAND LINE: grog -ww -fN -P-pa5 -ra5=0 fgen.man
DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR: output is
groff -w -w -f -N -man fgen.man
instead of the expected
groff -ww -fN -P-pa5 -ra5=0 -man fgen.man
SUGGESTED FIX: sorry, not a perl man
