Hi Dave!

We had revisions that passed like ships in the night; see attachment.  I'll
hand-apply yours.  Thanks for catching the inconsistency stragglers.

After applying, I plan to migrate us to "startup"; seeing the hyphen always
jars me, and we don't generally say "shut-down", but "shutdown".
