Details:

Idea: a `TK` register (on by default) that applies track kerning anywhere the
C family is used.

This should quiet warnings about adjustment of a line being impossible
(because there are no interior spaces).

It won't do anything for nroff mode, though.  We'll need a different solution
for that.
