Follow-up Comment #1, bug #60820 (project groff):
Bjarni posted relevant information in comment 4 of bug #61507: "The absolute
[vertical] position '0' (zero) is the first usable printable line, not the
distance from the edge of the paper." He included an example illustrating
this.
