Got it.  Yeah, those things aren't strictly reference material, but they're
useful context.  I still sort of miss the similar example excised from the $h
description in commit 3e281469

Ah.  Yeah, that's why I also kept trying to sneak it in with other issues
rather than giving it a dedicated ticket.  Thanks for clarifying and sorry for
