    [grohtml]: Fix Savannah #65987 (psselect->ps2ps).
    
    [grohtml]: Migrate from psselect(1) to ps2ps(1).

    the changed runtime requirement.

There are a lot of blank images, but I have an idea.  _grohtml_ has never been
production software and it may have to get a little worse before we can make
it a lot better.
