I'm afraid that my brain purged its cache of the relevant bug numbers
immediately upon making that notation (indeed, that's _why_ I committed it to
a bug comment), and so now I sadly have no friggin' idea what I was referring
to.

If you stumble upon a likely possibility, please feel free to link it here. 
The window should be narrow--some "src/preproc/html"-related bug that got
closed, or at least updated, in early July of this year.

(This is also a note to myself to go back and look, and where.)
