regarding po4a macros - I'm also sometimes learning by Martin Quinson
(maintainer of po4a) reply to my bug reports there.The best source I know of
is Locale::Po4a::Man(1). 

Thanks for handling the ISO/IEC reference.

As you reopend this, I notice the following when updating the markers in
manpages-l10n:

Wouldn't it be the following correction:

B<-r\\ >I<cnumeric-expression> -> B<-r\\ c>I<numeric-expression>
i.e. put the "c" into the bold part as well, as it is not part of the numeric
expression? Or did I misunderstand your rationale?
