[ms]: Regression-test Savannah #66339.
* tmac/tests/s_can-start-document-with-DS-call.sh: Do it.
* tmac/tmac.am (tmac_TESTS): Run test.
Test fails at this commit.

[ms]: Fix Savannah #66339 (starting doc w/ `DS`).
* tmac/s.tmac (DS): Break line unconditionally, ensuring that that the
top-of-page trap springs even if the document starts with a call of
this macro.
