    [mm]: Regression-test Savannah #66380.

    Regression-test Savannah #66380 (blocked letters should put a blank line
    before the date).

    * contrib/mm/tests/LT-BL-spaces-before-date.sh: Do it.
    * contrib/mm/mm.am (mm_TESTS): Run test.

    Test fails at this commit.

commit 2bbae61985ebd0dd5763e09b1a840dc605db0454
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

    [mm]: Fix Savannah #66380 (`.LT BL` space/date).

    * contrib/mm/m.tmac (let@print-head): Accept new second argument
      indicating whether a blank line is desired before formatting the date.

      (let@head_BL): Call `let@print-head` with that second argument. This
      is more consistent with DWB 3.3 mm behavior.

    * contrib/mm/tests/artifacts/letter.BL: Update.

    Fixes <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?66380>.
