This should already work, but its some time ago that I tried it last.
If you can't embed fat_stage1_5 for some reason, you must make sure
that stage2 is never moved (by defrag). This can be done by
marking it as system file with "attrib +s" under DOS.

I don't think so. It shouldn't be too difficult, though. You mainly
need to extend lib/device.c and grub/asmstub.c too support the Win32
