I've upgraded the version of the Multiboot Specification to 0.6.91,
because I changed the format of drive info slightly. Send comments, if
any.
And, I've implemented some of the new features, that is, drive info,
ROM config table, and boot loader name. I haven't tested them at all,
so be careful. Next, I'll work on APM support.
