Ummm.  We're little children because of a missing feature that we've
not had the time to implement or support?

Before starting to address your complaint, what other missing features
would you like to flame us for?  Better that they should all be
up-front, so you don't have to call us little children biweekly.

Not that being a little child is all that bad... open to new ideas,
vast potential for growth, etc.
