One question concerning DOCU:
I am NOT the expert on that question !
But can the TeX system not also produce MAN pages as other
formats like info, ps, html ?
So it should be easy then, to have a MAN page additional
for at least <prefix>/sbin/grub.
But again, I am NOT an expert on that stuff.
