I've been using this method for long and don't care much about it
being ugly (I'm not saying that I didn't prefer it more elegant ;-)).
What I do care, however, is the fact that the delimiter counts as a
selectable entry and fails if it is erroneously selected.
Nice would be something like:
separator --solid # drawing a line like top and bottom
separator "Some Text" # show "Some Text" like in title but
# make it non-selectable
What's your opinion?
