Upgraded from grub 0.91 (RedHat 7.3) to grub 0.93 (RedHat 9) and found that the
command 'shade' does no longer exist.
I kinda liked the plain text style that 'shade 0' gave and still be able to
have a highlight backround color different from the splash or genereal
background. Is this a bug or is the 'shade' command no longer intended to
exist, and in that case why?
