Oh, I assumed when I wrote this mail it was standard, I was mistaken about
that. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yes, sure. I think this is the right fix. We have to do that anyway if we
want GRUB 2 to work on more systems. (For example, if there will be an alpha
port we *might* want to consider porting GRUB 2 to the UNIX version for DEC)
