Hi!
I'd like to install grub on a drive that will be the future boot drive
(the first bios drive (hd0) and /dev/hde in linux, the boot directory is
on the first partition of that drive).
Right now, this disk is attached to the other port of the controller,
where it is seen as the second bios drive and as /dev/hdg in linux.
How do I have to install grub to write the boot images to the second
drive /dev/hdg so that I will be able to boot after moving the drive to
the first controller port?
Any hints?
Thanks in advance,
