HELP!!!

hi!

i use GRUB to choose a boot, on a graphical enviorment, between RH linux and win
xp (sorry about my english... i'm not so fluent as i wish! but i'll try to
explain, as better as i can), since today i decided to format the partition
were RH linux was, to have more free space.

now it only a command-line-like mode,
with a prompt like this

grub>

can you help me? i would like to boot windows again... and only windows and to
have my data back! =S
