Actually, I installed the WIN32 command prompt version of SVN on windows 2000 
SP4. Sorry about the HTML/RTF thing, I usually try to change the format to 
plain text before I shoot an email off any mailing list.

Not that I know of directly. However, if your using one of the popular
GNU/Linux distributions, as I am, then the CVS commands should be
native. Did you add SVN directly to your setup? Or was it part of the
whole thing? 

Also please discontinue sending HTML, its sort of against the whole
existence of these lists to actually use HTML mail for the sending of
mail to a GNU list.

I have seen that one can download GRUB Legacy code through CVS, is it
possible for someone using SVN (Subversion, like me :) )can get the
source for GRUB from CVS? Or would I be forced to install CVS?
If so what would the command be that gets typed?
