[bug #26229] grub-efi is not compatible with latest macbooks 'aluminum'

sorry, the bug got posted before it was ready. Here is a correct one.

I own a MacBook, a new model

I tried to follow the instructions in 
http://grub.enbug.org/TestingOnMacbook
and
http://grub.enbug.org/TestingOnEFI
using GRUB2 1.96 and rEFIt

but  always rEFIt fails to load grub-efi, with error
   Unsupported while loading grub.efi 

This problem was already reported , e.g. in
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=995704&page=3

I wanted also to try SVN code, but it does not compile
