Details:
When performing 'update-from-grub-legacy' or 'dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc', if
not to check any devices as "grub boot devices", the configuration is,
nevertheles, going on, and then after rebooting, one will not be able to run
grub and hence to boot again. The grub2 generates an error "Error 15". The
mistake is very crucial as it makes linux unavailable to boot, and to fix the
mistake. To my mind, the easiest way to fix it is: if no devices are chosen as
"grub boot devices", it should be forbidden to pass to the next step.
