Details:
It would be great to have an opportunity to enable savedefault only for
"normal" menuentries, but not for the recovery ones.
This should be easy to implement, but I'm not sure where to do it best and
whether it should be configurable or not.
Easiest to implement would probably be in 10_linux's and 20_linux_xen's
linux_entry(), best for being configurable would probably be in
grub-mkconfig_lib's save_default_entry.
