grub and password authorisation

Hi everyone,

The grub.cfg example on
    http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/Security.html
works, but when also using a pbkdf2 secured password for "user1"
double quotes seem necessary, i.e.
    ...
    menuentry "May be run by user1 or a superuser" --users "user1" {
    ...

Is this desired behaviour of grub? So is a change in the manual sufficient?
