Ah right, I forgot about that. Very frustrating.

Note: you can change that to "-L$(prefix)/lib". In fact, if you look in
gar.env.mk, you can see that this gets set automatically if the variable
BOOTSTRAP is defined (this is a carry-over from GARStow). Perhaps we
should remove the "ifdef" since it's not likely that anyone is using
GSRC to produce a full toolchain, so we probably always want that to be
set.

Hm, same version that I have. I'm not sure the problem then. I'll look
into it more.
