We don't provide binaries (as you might know ;-), but there is at least
one way to compile things oneself ("macports").

=> it's good that you mentioned it because gtypist in macports is
outdated (2.8.x): I will contact the maintainer.

No, not at all. I think I thought you wanted that. I'll remove it when I
update the manual with the resize infos.
