Sorry for the delay. We have agreed to check for cbreak() in -ltinfo
"manually" instead of using pkg-config because it's simpler, works
without pkg-config available and falling back from pkg-config failure
can become complicated (see
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10220946/pkg-check-modules-considered-harmful).
Can you please confirm that this patch works for gentoo? (Then we'll make
a 2.9.4 release with this included)
