Not that I know of.

This would be welcome. The manual has some information, and there is
vim/emacs support stuff.
However, note that the GTypist 2.10 release has been stopped for years
due to licensing problems (GPL-2 vs GPL-3) with the ktouch lessons.
We might decide to just remove them, or reimport them (from the ktouch
.xml).
