It'd be nice if tm:sec and friends in the "Time" node of the manual
could appear in the "Procedure Index". Currently in emacs for
instance "i tm" or "i tm:" doesn't go to those functions. Having the
full set would be best, since C-h C-i for instance will complete on
them.
Similarly tms:clock and friends.
