Dead URL on the Guile resources web page

There is a dead URL on the Guile resources web page 
(http://www.gnu.org/software/guile/resources.html).

The URL is for "Lumpy Guile": http://home.thezone.net/~gharvey/guile

You might want to remove it from the list of Guile resources.
