bug#40106: youtube-viewer: 403 forbidden

On all searches with youtube-viewer I receive error:

[403 Forbidden] Error occurred on URL: https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/search?key=[...]&maxResults=20&part=snippet&prettyPrint=false&q=convolution%20sum&type=video

Use of uninitialized value in numeric gt (>) at /gnu/store/3zwapqf5myib35pvbwa6a91iy9v76ihv-youtube-viewer-3.7.4/lib/perl5/site_perl//5.30.0/WWW/YoutubeViewer/Utils.pm line 224.
