Yes. Alternatively, you could add ‘glibc-utf8-locales’ to your
container and set GUIX_LOCPATH accordingly, like so:
guix environment --container --ad-hoc glibc-utf8-locales tmux …
and then:
export GUIX_LOCPATH=$GUIX_ENVIRONMENT/lib/locale
