[bug-gv] Translating the download interface of GV

Hi!

As part of its campaign for the promotion of Free Software PDF readers,
the Free Software Foundation Europe has created a website listing PDF
readers [1] with recommendations according to the OS of the website's
visitor.

We have been running a large scale awareness campaign [2] for the last
two months on the subject, and it stands out of the feedback we received
that the Free Software PDF readers would benefit a lot from having a
translated download interface.

We noticed that the download page of GV [3] is only available in
English. Daniel Molina and Nicolas Jean (in Cc.) already declared
themselves to be ready to help PDF readers programmers to have an
interface respectively in Spanish and French. We might be able to reach
other languages through the translators' team of FSFE.

Would you be interested in letting us helping you with the translation
of the interface? If yes, please contact us to fix the technical details.
